It was Monday evening, and Kurenai was in a slightly odd mood as she drove down the street. she had a date with Jean Havoc tonight, and it had taken her far too long to pick out an outfit as she had no idea what they would be doing.
She had been told to keep an open mind, and she wanted to look sexy but approachable, so after several attempts she finally settled on a turquoise v-neck halter with a darker teal tank top underneath, black satin pants, and black heels. She kept her jewelery and make-up simple, her hair down and slightly wavy, and hoped like Hell she wasn't overdressed. She also hoped that he hadn't gotten curious about the pictures she had mentioned to him before and went looking into that.
Glancing at her directions as she drove, she made sure she was heading the right way. The were meeting up at his place, and while she felt it was somewhat better than meeting at her hotel room she had to admit it was certainly a different tactic he was taking. There would be no rounds of the fun game of "I'll be out in one minute!" or any of the other typical 'girly' games, though f he pulled that she might have trouble not laughing.
Finally, she found the location and got a place to park, taking one last look at herself before approaching the building. She sought out the buzzer that would get her date's attention, pressing on it once before stepping back and waiting. It was a nice apartment building, and she was certain that no matter what happened tonight she would be sure to remember that this was without a doubt the most interesting start to a date she had ever been on.
