MWOS update
I bring you good news! (good news of great joy, yadda, yadda) The other choir that was going to be performing with us cancelled. It felt really good to finally rehearse with MWOS again. It's been so long. I've really got a lot of practicing to do.
Out of purely academic curiousity: would singing a jewish song in a church hurt my chances of getting throught the Pearly Gates? Because the Kanawake people cancelled on us, however, we had to fill in the dead time with some more material. Some of it is really awesome, like Dael's reading of The Twelve Days of Christmas. Some of it, like a solo of O Holy Night and this jewish song in Ladino, is more mediocre.
The Christmas concert will happen on Wednesday at 7:30 PM in the usual place, ie: Montreal West United Church.
