Hi everyone,
I am currently on the lookout for a kick ass roomie to share the 2nd floor of a Victorian house with me. Everything is included, even free cable and wireless internet.
Here's why you (or any cool friends you may know) will want to live in this house:
- Hardwood floors throughout
- High ceilings
- Good size rooms
- Architectural detailing on doors and windows
- Big full size kitchen with proper gas stove and lots of cupboard space
- Good sized back patio
- Laundry on site (and cheap, only $1.25 per)
- LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This flat is situated perfectly between Queen Street West and Dundas, inbetween the Drake and Gladstone hotels. 24 hour streetcars, grocery store, bars, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, etc. are all within stumbling distance.
- All inclusive.
- Free Parking.
Here's why you (or any cool friends you may know) will want to live with me:
- I'm cool, easy going and relatively tidy.
- I'm respectful of other peoples space.
- I make a mean veggie curry.
- I love music, movies, and having a good time but can be quiet about it.
- I shake a mean martini.
- My 2 cats, Arthur and Bob, are the coolest felines on the planet and are so well trained they could be dogs.
- I am gainfully employed and will soon be a big wig in the music industry (so that may come with perks for a good roomie as well!)
