ITEM 1: Anyone who writes me something Sanaki/Naesala or Sephiran/Zelgius will have my undying gratitude and a fic of the same length with the pairing of their choice.
ITEM 2: I'm clearly insane. In this entry, I wrote oneliners for Naesala/everyone. I mean everyone. Like, it includes tutorial girl everyone. *sigh*
...Well, all the named people everyone. While Naesala/random bandit is fun and all...
*sigh* Fiiine, just the FE9 people so far. And just the ones with sprites. I'll get to the FE10 ones later.
Aimee: Getting into a shopkeeper's good graces was useful enough to Naesala that he withstood the giggling and managed to ignore the constant physical contact; however, he drew the line at the pet names.
Anna: "Of course I know how changing forms works, I've been doing it all my life - would you just shut up already?" the raven king complained; the blabbering tutorial girl only stopped talking when her mouth was... otherwise occupied.
Ashnard: When Ashnard asked, "Do you wish to return to Daein's loving embrace?" he wasn't talking about Kilvas...
Astrid: "Well, the simplest way to get out of an arranged marriage is to make it so that the fiance no longer wants to marry you - preferably by doing something scandalous, and since I'm here..."
Balmer: "Working for a woman like Petrine must get tiring after a while - believe me, I know," the raven chirped, "so why don't you come inside and... take a break?"
Bastian: "I always seem to attract the crazy ones..." Naesala muttered to himself.
Bertram: "How do you see out of that thing?" Naesala wondered aloud, adding, "I mean, I could be naked right now for all you know..."
Black Knight: "Same question; how do you know I'm not, for example, naked?"
Boyd: Boyd would later admit that he probably shouldn't have assumed that all bird laguz were as... friendly as Ulki.
Brom: 'Note to self: while having married men lust after me is a testament to my extraordinary attractiveness, it's not always a good thing; oh, and stay away from fat guys in ugly armor.'
Bryce: "I'm not getting paid enough to risk my neck fighting a difficult opponent... perhaps I'll just occupy you for a while?"
Caineghis: 'There's more than one way to make Kilvas great,' Naesala reminded himself, 'and spreading my... influence to the king of Gallia isn't a bad start.'
Calill: 'Any woman who dresses like that,' Naesala thought as he approached the sage, 'must have enough gold to make this worthwhile.'
Dakova: "Why do I always get stuck with the ugly ones?" Naesala muttered.
Daniel: The craftsman realized too late that Naesala's "special request" had nothing to do with weapons.
Danomill: Even the king of Kilvas can be captured, and haven't you ever wondered what the man does with all those prisoners?
Deghinsea: "Son, when a man and a woman love each other very much," the dragon king was interrupted by Naesala clearing his throat pointedly, and Deghinsea flushed, "well, when two people love each other very much..."
Devdan: Ever wonder why Duke Tanas comes to visit Naesala, rather than vice versa; perhaps the raven king had a bad experience with one of the duke's guards?
Elincia: Though Naesala had failed to win over General Ike, the raven's silver tongue found its way into Queen Crimea's trust, as well as... other places.
Emil: Fact: Emil was boring, died without once having a decent lay, and would gladly have taken any offers a certain raven king gave him - unfortunately, they never met.
Ena: "Now how was I supposed to know that you were engaged?" Naesala asked, adding under his breath, "aside from the fact that it's all you ever talk about..."
Gashilama: "We aren't selling this one, and we aren't giving him the medicine - that'd make him worse than useless for what I've got in mind."
Gatrie: "...Wait, you mean that bluenette I just flirted with wasn't a really, really flat-chested girl?"
Geoffrey: Relations between Kilvas and Crimea had never been better; however, Elincia still wondered why her retainer turned red whenever she mentioned this.
Giffca: One very confused-looking lion later, Naesala pulled back, satisfied that he had discovered exactly what it took to fluster the lion king's shadow.
Gareth: Gareth later discovered that keeping Naesala far, far away from Kurthnaga was not what he should have been concerned with.
Greil: Gawain had been lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the raven king on one of his rare visits to Daein; afterwards, the swordfighter talked of nothing else for days.
Gromell: Fact: While it doesn't have the exact same name, and at times it's more than a tad uncomfortable, the Mile High Club does exist on Tellius.
Haar: Very few people were able to sleep through being felt up by the raven king; one of those was Haar, much to the aforementioned raven king's disappointment.
Hafedd: Naesala smirked at a gaping Ike, cawing, "The man who kidnapped Leanne's in there; go on ahead while I... occupy his lackey."
Havetti: "...On second thought, I'll only let your ship pass through if you give up all your gold, swear never to address me as 'lass' again, and swear to keep your grubby hands to yourself."
Heddwyn: However do you think Naesala got that Daein uniform, if not from a leader?
Hetzel: "You know, there's a fair bit of profit to be made in... certain trades," King Kilvas stated, slipping an arm around the confused duke's shoulders, "and I think a wise man such as yourself ought to know all the benefits of such things; why don't we discuss this at Castle Kilvas, hmm?"
Homasa: As he flew off, leading his regiment away from the battlefield, Naesala winked and blew the swordsmaster a kiss.
Ikanau: Fact 1: Naesala is not a kid; Fact 2: some bandits still tried to kidnap him; Fact 3: Stockholm syndrome applied in reverse here.
Ike: The raven king grinned at a suddenly very flustered Ike, asking, "What, you thought I came to visit for the pleasant conversation?"
Ilyana: Naesala chuckled, cawing, "Of course I have something for you to eat, little girl, but it'll cost you..."
Izuka: "Methinks that guy fell a little far from the ne... he's right behind me breathing in my ear, isn't he?"
Janaff: Very few things could make the eyes of the hawk king lose his composure: one was Naesala's smirk, another was the crow king invading Janaff's personal space, and a third was... well...
Jill: Jill never quite figured out why she didn't simply fly out and attack the crow back when she saw him near that ship - it was either prudence, something she'd never had very much of, or...
Jorge: When King Kilvas arrived with a giant sack of things to sell, Jorge could've sworn he was in love.
Karuma: "Hmm, not much action going on - that's the problem with being in the back all the time," Naesala commented from behind the officer, "so why don't we find some way to... pass the time?"
Kasatai: "Weeeell, if protecting the capital is that important to you, I suppose I could lend my assistance... for a price, of course."
Kayachey: The raven smirked, stepping closer to the mage and cawing, "But before I go..."
Kieran: "Crimean Royal Knight Fifth Platoon Captain Kieran will not fall for your tri-"
Kimaarsi: Naesala smirked, chirping, "Since I plan to have many dealings with Duke Tanas, I trust that our relationship will be a friendly one?"
Kotaff: The most bigoted people are always the ones who end up sleeping with a laguz - it's a rule.
Kurthnaga: The dragon prince attempted to reassure himself that the heat rising in his face was due to his anger at Naesala's encroachment on Goldoan territory, and not due to the fact that the crow king had just winked at him.
Largo: Being locked into a 'bear hug' was definitely not one of Naesala's favorite positions.
Leanne: 'After all,' Naesala thought bemusedly, 'plenty of women can serenade you, but how many of them can make roses grow instantly while they're at it?'
Lekain: "Such a shame about Duke Tanas, one of my best customers... now then, let's get down to business, shall we?"
Lethe: Naesala appreciated a good challenge, and what's more challenging than taming this particular shrew cat?
Lotz: "While Tibarn's offer is indeed very generous," Naesala began, smirking at the quivering hawk, "I'm afraid I must decline, but since you're here..."
Lucia: Janaff's words struck a cord in the swordsman's heart - she would have hated to have to fight against the bird tribes, particularly a certain dashing, black-winged king...
Mackoya: King Kilvas grinned at the beorc, stating, "Since your subordinate seems to be... unable to pay at the moment, I expect you to cover the charges for my assistance - of course, you could always owe me a few favors instead..."
Maijin: While fighting the Imperial Guard was indeed challenging, Maijin much preferred the Kilvan army (and its leader) - a challenge in more than one sense of the word.
Makalov: Naesala's eyes gleamed as he cawed, "Since you don't have any money left, you'll just have to pay off your debt in... other ways."
Marcia: "So, um, I hear my brother owes you some money," the pegasus knight began; the raven king smirked, answering, "Why don't we take this conversation inside?"
Mia: Eyeing what used to be a sniper before it had met Mia's blade, Naesala turned to 'thank' his ally.
Mist: Mist turned red, stammering, "Th-thank you very much... though you're the last person I'd have thought would compliment my cooking."
Mordecai: 'Note to self: people who talk to squirrels are clearly insane, people who insist on post-coital cuddling are also insane, and people who do both should be locked up.'
Muarim: "Well, it seems the cat doesn't have your tongue, after all," Naesala commented with a wry smirk, as Muarim attempted to figure out what in the name of the Goddess just happened.
Muston: The raven king didn't deal with weapon shopkeepers often, but any influence in the commercial realm was valuable to him, and there was one type of influence that Naesala was very good at...
Naesala: Naesala doesn't think of narcissism as a fault, per se - more like a... quirk.
Nasir: "Lovely view of the battle, isn't it?" Naesala commented, causing the captain to nearly break his neck turning around; the raven went on to add, "You know, I don't think anyone's looking this way..."
Nealuchi: The raven king often wondered why his retainer was so quick to deny being related to him in any way, but he soon decided that it wasn't important... or was it?
Nedata: "It's people like you that make me ashamed of what I do," the crow stated, "and why on Tellius do you all keep mistaking me for a woman?"
Nephenee: "It just so happens that I offer speaking lessons, and they don't even cost any gold..." Naesala began - he never said that they didn't cost anything at all.
Norris: Norris only stuttered around people he (secretly) admired; think on that for a moment.
Oliver: "It was a lot of money," Naesala later informed Reyson, "and I don't regret doing it - nevertheless, if you mention this to anyone, I'm not to be held responsible for my actions."
Oscar: 'Is it possible to make the squinty beorc's eyes widen?' the raven wondered, a plan already brewing in his mind.
Petrine: Whenever Naesala interacted with any of Petrine's troops, he casually commented that their commander could use a decent lay; a few of the soldiers dared to give him a helpful nudge in her direction.
Rajajon: "It seems that your wyvern isn't so fierce," Naesala commented to a livid Ashnard, as the overgrown mount nuzzled the back of Naesala's neck.
Ranulf: "I'll be sure to visit Gallia soon, if that's acceptable - both to check on the herons, and for... other reasons."
Renning: Having heard Elincia babble about her uncle for hours on end, the raven king had a very... interesting mental picture of him.
Reyson: Naesala had found a cache of wine in the abandoned noble's residence and offered to share it with Reyson; the heron prince had accepted, one thing led to another, and...
Rhys: "You dodge everything else," Rhys pondered as he healed up Naesala's wounds yet again, "yet you always get hit by those snipers, and you always attack enemies near them; it's almost as though you wanted to get- mmph!"
Rikard: There's more than one way to win glory, and Rikard's willing to take any he can get - even if it means associating with half-breeds.
Rolf: King Kilvas would later learn not to underestimate archers, even if they were kids and practically screamed 'jailbait.'
Sanaki: Naesala chuckled at the furious apostle, stating, "I admitted my participation in... that trade, but what can you do to me, throw me in j- mmph!"
Schaeffer: 'Note to self: That's actually a fairly clever tactic, I really must try it someday... though I don't like emulating idiots like these.'
Seeker: 'Clearly,' Seeker thought, eyeing the ex-raven king above him, 'someone's been doing a lot of crying for me.'
Sephiran: "Well, aren't you the mysterious pretty boy," Naesala commented to the duke, adding, "Are you trying to do that on purpose?"
Shiharam: Perhaps the stress was getting to him, but Shiharam could've sworn one of the birds in the distance had just winked at him.
Shinon: "Little brat probly couldn't get a girl 'f his life depended on it," the sniper remarked to his new 'lady friend;' the raven king merely smirked and imagined all the blackmail possibilities he'd have once the beorc sobered up.
Sigrun: "You have no idea how refreshing it is to deal with someone who doesn't address me as 'subhuman' - now, where were we?"
Soren: The sage glared at Naesala, saying in a flat tone, "...Remove yourself from my desk now, or face the wrath of my Elwind."
Sothe: "Normally, I'd just kill you for trying to pick my pocket," Naesala began, "but you're so terrible at it that it's amusing - no, I am not showing mercy, thank you very much - oh goddess, not another fanboy."
Stefan: The raven king perched on a high clifftop, watching the swordsmaster cut through enemies effortlessly - really, he was in no hurry to head back to Kilvas.
Tanith: It was incredibly easy, when looking at Naesala, to forget that he'd killed three of Tanith's underlings; she had to call on all her years of training to keep herself from doing anything... stupid.
Tauroneo: 'Note to self: I mean it this time, stay away from fat guys in ugly armor!'
Tibarn: Tibarn didn't know which scared him more - Reyson's comment that he and the raven king argued "like an old married couple," or Naesala's smirk and conspicuous lack of a denial.
Titania: Naesala grinned at the redhead, cawing, "I might be convinced to lower my price, if..."
Tomenami: "Alright, alright, you're scared, fine, but I didn't say you could hide behind my wings, and stop touching that!"
Tormod: Naesala was the embodiment of the sleazy, double-crossing laguz-seller that was everything Tormod fought against, so of course the mage had a crush on him.
Ulki: "Still no reaction - is there anything that fazes you, oh ears of the hawk king?" Naesala asked; he then determined that yes, there was, and it just so happened to be something that the raven king was very good at.
Volke: Volke had never taken on as... wide a variety of jobs as the crow king, but work was slow, and he was more than willing to learn some of Naesala's more eclectic talents firsthand.
Zawana: "I can't die yet, there's twelve chapters left before that hot raven - I mean that subhuman shows up!"
Zelgius: "It seems there's not much to do but wait for Ike and crew to finish killing Ashnard," the raven king commented, landing a few feet away from Zelgius, "so why don't we find a way to amuse ourselves?"
Zihark: While Zihark had never been involved with a member of the bird tribe before, he had to admit that the raven perched before him was a very tempting sight.
