Dana & I are starting to plan our wedding and we're looking for ideas and suggestions for…well…nearly everything. She's got a dress selected (no, I haven't seen it) and we've a date that we hope to get - 7 May 2010 (or at least that weekend) - and that's about it. We've viewed some possible places for the ceremony and reception but any ideas or suggestions is appreciated.

So ideas for location, caterers, entertainment, linens, chairs & tables, decorations, music, etc. et al.
