Broke my heart to leave the city (I mean, it broke what wasn't broken in there already)

Back in the woods again. Breathing is that much more difficult.
Graduated. Learned. Uninhibited.
Yet, back again. (Talk about a Nietzschian eternal return)
This is my first year here without Maggie or Kayla, which is weirder emperically than I had intially anticipated. There exists a hole that makes it hard to go through the motions. I still clench my teeth at night.
Only three of us are here in the bunkhouse--all three female and fresh college grads. All going uuughhh...what next? ANd all exhausted from the whirlwinds of travel and change we just experienced. All anxious and confused. In terms of trails, I feel I am by far the weakest link, but I hope to learn a lot from the others (my chainsaw knowledge and comfort level has already grown by leaps and bounds). We'll see how it goes.

Grit your teeth boys. It's going to be a long, lonely haul.
