Got my ARM with Patricia submitted. So I will have one first author publication out this year. That's good, because my publication rate has a lag in it and I'm not sure how the new experiments will come out. Could be great, could be back at square one. I'll keep my fingers crossed for greatness.
Still trying to get organized. The biggest problem I have with staying on top of everything is my need for sleep and lack of energy. Not quite sure how I am going to overcome those two obstacles!
We moved our two friends and their two children to San Diego last Saturday. What a move! Nothing had been packed or cleaned, and it took much much more effort than we had realized it would. Spent Sunday in a fog of exhaustion and aches. J.'s back is still bothering him. This Saturday I am planning a date night,something fun. I think we will start with an afternoon at the Getty viewing the new Rembrandt and Irving Penn exhibits.
