ICU
Friday Dale and I went to the padres game at petco park. Of course padres won. We got free beanies, and I got a free blanket, woohoo.
On Saturday morning at 5:30am my mom had to RUSH my dad to the emergency room at grossmont sharp hospital. During the night his throat swelled so bad that it closed his airway. Unable to breath the doctors had to put in a breathing tube. They called a specialist at home made him come in and perform a trakeotomy or however you spell it. Basically they cut a hole in the middle of his lower neck put in some tubes that way he could breath. They also sliced the right side of his neck in attemp to drain the swelling. So Mom. Joanna, Wes, Adam, Dale, and I all waited all day saturday in the main lobby waiting for dad to get out of surgery.
Sunday dad was still in the ICU Intesice Care Unit with tubes wires and an airpump hooked up still. But they had a television in there for him so he could watch his nascarr races, lol. That night around 6:30 (after the races were over) the doctor's moved him to the regular rooms. So he is no longer in intensive care.
Today they took out the trakeotomy and hes eatting jello, and soft foods. He's giving the nurses a hard time (litterally) and even got one sent home cause they were doing such a horrible job.

Thats my happy 3day holiday weekend.
