It's just sad that MTV won't release the DVDs - there are only the two movies, as far as I know, and I cannot even get them here in Germany.

See, I made another moodtheme today - and thank you again for the comments.

Eh-really? Thats a real shame. MTV has gotten slowly retarted over the years though. Music Television has now become corporate sell-outs and I can't remember the last time I actually saw a full music video on that channel.

I really loved Daria though, so it's a shame. I did a really good impression of Sandy, Quinn, and all their friends, lol, probably doesn't say much.

So you live in Germany? Thats pretty cool. My grandfather came over from Germany in WWII (World War II). He kept our last name, but changed the spelling a little bit (kinda ticks me off cause everyone mis-pronounces it). How is Germany?

We've got all those ringtone/pimp your cell/whatever commercials on our music TV channels - it's impossible to watch unless you feel suicidal and/or need a reason to run amok.
I don't get it why MTV won't release the DVDs, though. It would make a profit, right?

I don't think Daria was ever on on German TV, so even though I might be able to do a good impression of Daria nobody would recognize it anyway.

Hmmm, how is Germany? I guess it's pretty okay, and probably not that different from anyplace else. Right now it's hot, German TV is crappy and German food is good (and we've got much more to offer than just Sauerkraut). What's it like in Michigan? ;-P

"it's impossible to watch unless you feel suicidal and/or need a reason to run amok."

Lmao--that was priceless! And pretty much the same thing here. They added Spongebob Squarepants to MTV which made my face like this: o.O wtf!?

Michigan is hot, and we've had a lot of rain and storms at night, which is good in the end. Kinda been housebound since the surgery, so aside from going to the midnight showing of The Dark Knight, I haven't really been outside.

Which is good, because I'm a December baby, and I don't really like hot weather.

Okay, Spongebob on MTV is wrong. And, yes, I guess I would have made a face like that too.

*sighs* The Dark Knight... Everybody watches it, but it won't be released before the end of September here... Damn, I want to see it, too (and yet I don't want to download it, I want to see it on the big screen first!). When will you be able to go out again? Having to stay inside during the summer would be torture for me. I'm a summer child, and I love the sun. If only I had a balcony/garden/anything outside at all so that I wouldn't have to be inside all the time.

Yes, very very wrong. What is MTV thinking?

It was an amazing movie--Definitely epic, and you have to see it on the Big Screen--totally worth it and the wait.

I go back to work Monday. If I'm walking and moving around a lot better by then, I should be able to start hanging out outside of the house. Stairs are the biggest problem right now.

Summer is nice--I love to swim during the Summer, so this whole not being able to swim thing is killing me. I'm sorry you can't enjoy your weather to your hearts content.
