1. Pick a character, pairing, or fandom you like for each drabble.
2. Turn on your music player and put it on random/shuffle.
3. Write a drabble related to each song that plays. You only have the time frame of the song to finish the drabble; you start when the song starts, and stop when it's over. No lingering afterwards!
4. Do ten of these, then post them!
1. Death Note: Misa x Light; She Had the World, by Panic at the Disco.
Misa dotes on him like it's the last thing she'll ever do. She touches his hair, plays with his tie, and feels a tickle in places she loves and loves and loves.
And I mean that literally.
When he looks in her eyes, all he sees are stars and clowns. He sees a little girl with a pretty face, who can do great things that she doesn't deserve. Deserve as in the trouble that came with it, or the power of it, he wasn't sure himself.
When she kisses him, he never quite kisses back (spare that one time he actually drank and it was he who loved those places she usually loves) and she never minds. Never minds at all. After all, out of all the fish in the sea, he picked her, so she knows she must be special. She's told it all the time.
She knows she has the world.

2. Naruto: Ino x Sakura; I Kissed a Girl, by Katy Perry.
Ino stumbled down the hall of her apartment, her buzzed smile somehow both endearing and seductive, something only she could manage. Her whole body was nonsensical, as if Lewis Carol and not God had created her.
Sakura was quite loose herself, mainly because Ino was one for more potent things like brandy and vodka, and Sakura was a Coke-and-Rum sort of girl.
Either way, she couldn't remember why she was Ino's home, exactly, or why her clothes felt so tight and her skin felt so... so... hot...?
"Ino, it's hot in here," she whined, and then suddenly found her lips tight against the blonde's. Her periwinkle eyes were in a hazy, straight-stare, and her seafoam gaze penetrated it steadily.
Ino smirked against her lips, making herself comfortable on her lap to better continue.
"I know."
She kissed her again.

3. Bleach: Ichigo x Orihime; Under the Gun, by The Killers.
Orihime loses count at how long she's been looking out the damned window at 164 hours. She loses count of how many times she's dreamt that Ichigo slips through the damned window at 59. She loses count of how many meals have gone out the fucking window at 12 (Ulquiorra slapped her at that point and she slept for what seemed like days afterwards).
Too many tears to count, so she didn't bother.
Ichigo loses count of how long he's stared at the sky from the school's roof, waiting for a black scrape to appear, at 48. He loses count of how many times he's been yelled at in class because he nearly fell asleep, musing about what he'd say to her when he finds her at 9. He loses count of how many urges he's had to just go out alone and find her and make sure she's safe and alive and still Inoue, at 172.
The only number he can keep track of is one. Same goes for her.
There would only ever be one Kurosaki-kun.
There would only ever be one Inoue.

4. Twilight: Jasper x Alice; These Things, by She Wants Revenge.
It was so easy. So pathetically easy. It made his head spin with how easy this was that-- ..No, wait, that was the blood doing that.
The dead woman's head hung limp, awkward without the support of a non-broken neck. Jasper drinks greedily, animalistic as the vermillion stains his perfect lips, unable to muster any remorse for the coming moments when Alice would find him and cry.
Not that she could cry. Nor could he. If he could, he would be crying right now from pure euphoria at how good this tasted. Like a child's delight on Christmas morning.
It wasn't until she was sucked dry and he finally took a gasping breath that he sensed her, metres behind him, and head snapping back he saw her hand clasped over her mouth, head shaking slowly.
Jasper bleated. Remorse flowed.
"I'm sorry."
Alice left. And he didn't never ever ever see her again.

5. Bleach: Gin x Rangiku; Fer Sure Remix by The Medic Droid.
Rangiku's bounce led the club.
The heavy musk of drugs, sweat, sex and alcohol permeated her senses so much that she didn't even know what she was doing when his arms found her waist. She knew she paused, and hazily looked up to see his dark, dark strawberry colored eyes, and he tilted his head.
"What're ya doin' here, Ran-chan?" he asked. She felt oddly sad, seeing Gin, but couldn't remember how or why. She wondered why he was here in the living world and not in Hueco Mundo a little, but that went away as she grinned and kissed him full on the lips.
He complied.
When she woke up the next morning in her bed, perfectly clothed and tasting him on her tongue even though he was not there, she closed her eyes and prayed she'd never have to wake up like this again.

6. Naruto: Sasori; Shuukyou, by Shiina Ringo.
taptaptaptatatatataptaptaa.
The puppet rattled to life, and Sasori briefly smiled. His finest yet, his very favorite.
Her hair, thick and lush like unwound black ribbons, fell in her milky face as she stared listlessly at him.
Something stirred in his stomach, or maybe his heart. He couldn't tell which. He only knew that he felt like he was three again, and his mother (new and improved) stood right here in front of him.
He hesitated. He hesitated for a long time, then took a few tentative steps forward -- as did she -- and he slowly leaned into her bosom. She didn't smell at all like her, nor looked perfectly like her (no puppet ever could manage her petite smile and pretty face just right), but as she placed her arms around him, he didn't mind so much.
Her chin rested on his head, and he slowly closed his eyes.
"I miss you," he murmured.
(I miss you, too.)

7. Vampire Knight: Zero x Yuuki; Bulls Make Money, Bears Make Money, Pigs Get Slaughtered, by Chiodos.
Zero shook and stumbled and he gripped the countertop so hard he was afraid he might break the whole house. He was frightened, utterly so; what was going on with him? Something was wrong. Very wrong. His skin felt too tight for him, and he wanted to... to... he didn't know. It was mostly his throat and the core of his stomach, though, so...
And then she walked into the room, all pretty with her hair up for the party thing she was going to and actually in a dress. He was doused with the view of both her cleavage, and her jugular.
Zero jumped on her, pinning her gently but absolutely to the wall, and Yuuki's eyes widened very slowly. Her lips moved like "oh" but no sound came out.
Then he kissed her very hard, not because he wanted to but he needed to, and she kissed him back, and he pressed his hips deep against hers and she sighed, melting against him.
Midway through ripping the zipper on her dress, he idly remembered it was a full moon tonight.

8. Death Note: L Lawliet; Lighthouse, by The Hush Sound.
The scent of blood was a pungent thing; both sickly sweet and salty, like sugar and sea water. It reminded him of a the Asian dish he'd tried, as it was both sweet and spicy.
He didn't care for it too much. He preffered just sweet. Like his mama.
But she was dead, too.
L walked purposelessly through the streets, passing a gentleman's club and a restaraunt and far, far out he saw a cathedral and a lighthouse. The bell in the cathedral, held in a pretty marble prison, was ringing ruefully in the blustery, cold winds, and the beam from the lighthouse was uninterrupted by it.
Past the lighthouse, he gazed at the churning oceans at the clouds that piled and rolled around each other, holding in rain like a misty bladder in the sky. L frowned; he never liked the rain. Not at all.
He never got cold, not at all, as he baby stepped as only an alone four year old could, all the way past the House of the Lord where the blood smell was coming from and where his mama and papa lay (sleeping forever on the floor), and then to the lighthouse. He stood outside of it for a long time, admiring the ray of illumination that was so bright and fantastic, yet untouchable.
He wanted to be like that one day, when he grew up.
Like the light of a lighthouse.

9. Naruto: Suigetsu; Kill All Your Friends, by My Chemical Romance.
"Goddamnit."
Suigetsu glared at his reflection in the water, sort of feeling like a vampire; he was water, after all, and so should he be able to see his reflection in the water if that was what he was? Senseless. Stupid. He grasped the sword on his back and with a clean swipe slashed himself in two. Only not really.
But he was water and water was him, then maybe really. Whatever.
Suigetsu regretted it for a moment, and thought about all the people he killed.
Kisame.
Juugo killed Karin when Sasuke wasn't around, and Juugo went after him so he had to kill Juugo.
And Sasuke died from something or other.
Then a bunch of other people who he never knew (some he did, though) and would never care about again (sort of).
And he was pretty sure that Mist was going down in flames and fuck, oh my god, "I'm really alone, aren't I?"
He felt bitter and terrible, and guilt flooded him, and at once he snarled, jumping the water and swiping at it, smashing it to bits, destroying it and himself. Because he was water, and he was in water, and water in water is just water.
The blade sunk to the bottom of the lake, and Suigetsu sunk into it, and Suigetsu never killed any of his friends again.

10. Howl's Moving Castle: Howl x Sophie; The Call, by Regina Spektor.
He had never felt so desperate in the world, until he looked into her eyes. Her pleas echoed in his head, begging him not to go, telling him how dangerous it was and things like he could get hurt and... and then...
He had opened the door, and wind gusted into the room (scattering papers she'd be the one cleaning up) and taking the tears from her eyes.
Her lips moved, and the words were lost with the sound. But he heard everything, right from the roots of his feathers to the tips of his talons. He stepped towards her, taking her into his arms and squeezing tightly, about to say his farewells in case she was right and he really didn't come ba--
"Don't say goodbye, Howl, because goodbye means you're not coming back. Don't you dare say goodbye--!"
"Sophie," he said before she could go further, and she looked up at his navy feathered head and all, and as her lips formed a 'whhh' he kissed her and disappeared out the door.
She stood there for a good moment, turning red to her ears, before finally turning to pick up the papers on the floor. She stopped at the first one.
'I love you, too, Sophie.
Be back soon.
- Howl.'
