(no subject)
I was fired today.
I was with my new company for a day....before being fired at 11 am the next day because, I didn't work hard enough....
NOT for one moment that day did I f___ around, to myself I thought I was doing pretty damn good for a thing I've only done once ever before. With my last company, they treated me like scum, I was lower than an apprentice then them. All I ever did with put up cable tray, fit off and pull cable, yeah....that's a a lot of training there.
Thankfully Karma is on my side because I am a kind and curtious being, I like to score Karma points, *cough*
The tradesman fell through his stairs and another was rear ended by a truck. Karma is so sweet.
But with this company oh no, I can't wait for karma for this bull s___ they have just pulled over me.
So the discussion is, how far should you take Revenge?
About one hour ago I came home fuming to my dad and his best mate, who is a police officer. They are both are as angry as me, I described the vans to my dad's mate who is going to conduct picky road worthies.
Then I reported the company for unsafe working, they had me working with another apprentice, no tradesman in site. A big...big No. Think very very large fine.
Also think unfair dismissal claims of a boss who let a first year apprentice work with a third year with no proper supervision and let a third year apprentice conduct jobs by himself.
Also I bitched to the cleaning ladies of the school we were working at, they are now determined to break their contract with QDNE, and will be talking to the principal.
It doesn't sound like much but the reporting is going to put a black mark on their company....
