i'm thinking about going to culinary school and then eventually opening up a cafe or a bakery or a coffee shop- or all of the above- something like mc clain's but a lot more friendlier. either get a degree as a chef or master baker or in restraunt managment - maybe work a little according to my field, make a little money and then apply for a loan.

i'd have:

a garden.
pastries.
tarts.
cakes.
pies.
breads.
sandwitches.
soup.
salad.
fondue.
bread and cheese (if i can find good vegan cheese).
pita and humus.
candies.
breathe mints.
cigerettes.
coffee.
hot and cold teas.
assorted soft drinks (maybe).
smoothies.
couches.
chairs.
tables.
pillows, bean bags and floor mats.
neat hanging and wall lamps (up lighting).
sky lights.
minimal windows.
smart lights.
candles.
books.
board games to check out.
a small stage with a mic.
poetry night.
local bands who are welcome.
open mic night.
specific speakers who would talk/rant about various topics.
documentry/experimental movie night.
a well kept bathroom with multiple stalls- same sex(maybe).

if i made it over 21 or if i had specific 21+ nights:
wine.
mixed drinks.
hard liquor.
beer.

if i had more than one large room:
pool tables.
a huka room.
rolling papers.
various flavored tobacco.
an outdoor area either in front of back where wisteria would trickle down from above everyone.
heating lamps.
a purse and coat check.

if i had any type of 21+ and more than one large room:
drunk simon says.
drunk twister.

the:

walls would be a hand painted mural with minimal to no hangings on the wall.
or
walls would be one color with various types of benjamin's and my artwork for sale.
or
walls would be one color dedicated to artists coming to the shop to show and sell their work.
furniture would be cleaned up thrift store furniture with or without a theme(depending on what else was going on).
floor would be tile(color depending on the surrounding colors).

what do ya think?
