[So we have a Nick who decided to wait until the orchard was clear before venturing out and practicing his shifting. After all, it would never do to be a lame shifter for the rest of his life. So once he was absolutely sure no one was around, he carefully removed his clothes and shifted. Which was nice! Because it's never happened at will before. Unfortunately, now he can't turn back. Whoops.

Oh well. Guess this is as good a time as any to get used to being a panther.]
