The neutral feedback entry was too long to cap. It was left back in October of 2009. I will summarize by saying I wasn't communicative enough for the buyer, the dress did not arrive on time, and it was flawed upon arrival to the point that she had to return it. She was overall very unsatisfied, but left neutral because she was given a full and immediate refund upon return.
