yes, it is dead, men merely lure women in by coddling egos, impersonating decent people, and giving fake attention to women for pussy, then beat them like a savage horse until their will is broken or they escape, put a harness and blinders on them (so they see no other alternative to that relationship and where he takes it) and ride them up to exhaustion then leave them for another 'philly' that has yet to be broken. There is no such thing as "true chivalry", unless you define it as originally intended (a man who know how to ride a horse). This is coming from a male who has been told that chivalry is the best 'trick' to use, and that if you let up on the mental beating of their free will, they will leave you for another sap. Yes, nice, polite guys finish last (because women don't notice them), and asshole, egocentric men get it all (because they are the one's with balls enough to want to be seen as the Alpha male even if they are just scared pricks with small dicks and a need to compensate for both). No I am not being pessimistic, these are spoken rules that men tell each other in bars, at work, sporting events, and social gatherings like Christmas, and YOUR birthday party. No man will admit to this, yet most employ it to great effectiveness. If you truly want a "chivalrous" man, find a weak one without a will of his own and teach (beat) him to be "chivalrous" to you (individually) because women have a sick, demented, and twisted way of looking at what is and is not "chivalry." Don’t forget to put the blinders on him, or he might leave you.
