(no subject)
Well! I had a fabulous weekend!
I got to go back to Halifax, which is fabulous in itself, but I also go to spend some much needed time with my favorite people on the planet, minus a few.
On the bus on the way to Halifax, I ran into Denise Moakler, so we sat together until we got to Moncton, and we went for some "Jones Soda" and pre-packaged sandwiches haha. It was really nice to get to catch up with her. I haven't actually seen her around campus yet, so that was the first time all year!
When I got to Halifax, I went to see Amanda's house. It's coming along very nicely, it's really awesome. I love everything about the house, it's going to be ridiculously awesome when it's all finished. I'll post some pictures later on.
Then on Saturday, I went out to Mexicalli Rosa's with Allyson, Heather, Taryn, Michael, and Sarah. Very enjoyable time, and pretty good food! Some random girl fell off her chair and spilt her drink all over her. Then Taryn left for her date (oooOOooo) which went very well in the end. The rest of us went back to Mike's house to watch "House". I drove Allyson to Mikes, but when we got there it didn't look they they had gotten back yet. So Allyson and I sat in the car for about 30 minutes laughing about past times, until Michael came up the driveway and waved to us. Haha we felt kinda stupid but it was funny...
We never did watch "House" but we did play "Mall Madness" or, our version of it anyway. Heather and I just ended up destroying the board in the end. Then we just kinda sat around and talked. I've always enjoyed doing that... we used to do it at Heather's and Hans' a lot. It's nice just to sit and talk sometimes!
Anyway, took the bus back today. Very long drive, and I'm now back at UNB, unfortunately. I am enjoying some Greco pizza though =). I'll be back in Halifax in about a month, so I'm really looking forward to that. I hope everyone had a great weekend!
