Film Festings

This was an email sent to the festival director from one of the featured local filmmakers. Receiving an email like this, first thing Monday morning, reminds me why I do what I do.

I'd love to come. Thanks for the invite. I'm also getting with Brett and
helping out with some of the Dark Carnival festivities. He mentioned
something about it on the phone.

That's so great about David Lee Roth being there. I'm a fan. I dig his
voice so much. It's nice and raspy but perfectly in tuned.

I've tried to spread the word as much as possible about Dark Carnival. I
have a feeling it's going to be something very special.

I just got back from Fright Night Film Fest in Louisville. I think Dark
Carnival will blow it out of the water. I predict Dark Carnival will have
far more cinematic integrity, a better venue, and just overall more
passion for films and filmmakers than Louisville.

I look forward to this coming week! If there's anything I can do to help
out; I'm there.
