Back to the grindstone
After week off on vacation... I'm back at work (sigh). I enjoyed being off and wished I had more time.
But I don't so here I am. I had about 300+ emails to sort, read, and reply to. Handled most of the items now, but there are still a few items I need to work on. I will get to them...eventually.
My vacation last week unintentional, but clever at the same time. See we have to submit our vacation in Novmber for the entire next year. So things don't often work out as plan. I think last week I took off because I was going to go somewhere. However due to a serious lack of funds I stayed home for the week. Did some clean and laundry, but other than that I didn't do much of anything. Played some video games, work on beading, worked on my computer, and watched the boob-tube.
Anyways the clever part of my part of my taking of vacation last week was that I work this week. I know your wondering what my point is. Well basically 90% of the Project Team took this week off. So I'm not being bothered or tied down to meetings. I have moment or two to breath and work at a pace I set myself (and not one set by someone else for me).
Plus I don't work all week long this week. Just Monday - Wednesday. So its not too bad.
However... I would prefer to be home right now.
