I survived
I made it through the day yesterday. It wasn't too bad really, I guess I was running on performance adrenalin most of the time. I did get rather loopy at the end of the day.
I didn't get any naps in, though I would close my eyes and 'rest' when possible.
Slept for about 10 hours last night. Feeling pretty groggy today. I'll try to catch up on the rest tonight.
I had a really good time at Friday Harbor. Really glad I went. We were the big finale of the "Barbershop Bonanza" event. A lot of people told us how glad they were to have us.
Not only is it great to finally get out in the community, but it's great to get out in the *barbershop* community. There were so many barbershopers there that I've never seen, much less met. I even got to meet and hear the Senior Men's international (2007) champion quartet. Wow!
Having Susan as our new director is an awesome thing. =D
PS. Twilight, it's pronounced - Speb-SQUAW. But now they're the Barbershop Harmony Society... they changed their name a few years back.
