Seems that being a black cat at night in the dark stairwell seems to be a problem. I didn't know that I violated the golden rule of being underfoot that the punishment is GET YOU STEP ON.

Also the attack of the wet wash cloth was TOTALLY not expected. Yes, I do admit that I was in a dusty cobwell enviroment for most of the night that for some reason (guessing static) got on me (no photos of me rolling around in it can be found). But that was no reason why I couldn't go back out. But after it was explained that I would get the wet washcloth treatment AGAIN, I have a desire to stay inside.
