Sorry for shutting up in the last few days...but you know this DUI story took away all my life and soul...Jeez you can call me psycho but it's really like it's ME who is going to be judged in front of the court on February, 28th.... :(
Plus some other bad news surfaced.....and some of them turned out to be REAL BULLSHIT (oh btw Perez Hilton MUST die, and soonish ♥). But now thanks to an AMAZING RADIO INTERVIEW Mischa is definitely back in action, she took on herself ALL her responsibilities for the stupid fact, admitted her mistake and promised to never do it again....

That's why today this interview where Meesh HERSELF for the first time speaks about her DUI totally made my day. "I’ve dated a lot of Hollywood idiots - but I still believe in true love..."
She may be a beautiful, successful actress, but that hasn’t stopped Mischa Barton attracting the wrong men - in fact she says she finds meeting the right man just as hard as the next girl.
‘Finding prospective boyfriends in Hollywood can be difficult. I have met a lot of idiots,’ she says. ‘But that comes with the territory.’
The London-born actress is currently single, after splitting with rock star and club owner Cisco Adler last year, but says she’s learning how to deal with dodgy blokes.
‘I don’t accept bull***** from people. I have a very tight circle of friends who have a good radar for people who are out for the wrong things.’
Still, Mischa reveals she’s had her fair share of good ’uns. ‘I’ve been lucky in love. Personally, I’ve been in love more than once which I think is hard to come by.’
The 21-year-old admits she is ‘a bit of a romantic’ but says she’s also learnt to be more cynical about relationships. ‘Once you have been in love a few times you know the pitfalls and you know what to watch out for.’
The actress is currently starring in Closing The Ring as a young woman who sacrifices her entire life for the man she loves, and says she definitely believes in true love.
‘I just think it happens to people at different ages. I find it frustrating to fall in love at my age because you are so young and it is a frustration and a distraction more than anything.’
As well as philosophising about love, Mischa also has to get naked in the film, but says she wasn’t shy about it. ‘It’s not gratuitous. It really portrays my character Ethel-Anne’s vulnerability at the moment - she is completely vulnerable and stripped apart and it’s not sexual in any way.’

The return of Mischa Barton
It looks like Mischa Barton is hoping to bounce back from her recent DUI with the help of new legal and public relations teams.
Sources tell me the former O.C. starlet has hired publicists Howard Bragman and Lisa Perkins of L.A.-based Fifteen Minutes for publicity. Attorney Anthony V. Salerno has signed on to handle her legal troubles.
Barton, I’m told, is expected to hit the Sundance Film Festival later this month to promote Assassination of a High School President, her new teen comedy about stolen SAT exams costarring Bruce Willis.

Mischa's rep slams Tabloid story on Hania
Howard Bragman (her new publicist) issued a statement to People slamming the recent stories regarding Mischa's sister, Hania.
"A rep for Mischa Barton's family on Wednesday blasted a tabloid report that the actress's sister was hospitalized for a drug overdose.
"Mischa understands that as an actress and a public person she needs to address her issues in a timely and appropriate manner. That being said, she's the only public person in her family and we will not address these sleazy, tabloid reports," rep Howard Bragman tells PEOPLE. "I think these pieces of s**t who work at hospitals and sell private information are not only breaking the law, but they're morally reprehensible. They're selling people's private information for the price of dinner for four at Lawry's. And I hope they choke on their prime rib."
The National Enquirer reports that 19-year-old Hania Barton was hospitalized over the holidays after overdosing on a muscle relaxer (attempt of suicide)."

PageSix is reporting that "Mischa Barton will break her weeks-long silence, after an arrest for DUI and drug possesion, tomorrow morning (10th January) on Ryan Seacrest's Los Angeles morning radio show on KIIS FM."
