The difference between reality and fiction? Fiction has to make sense.

- This feeling came out of the blue. I know it's too early and I know I should have better things to do, but I really, really want to participate in Yuletide this year. Mostly because I want to request... things. lol. I should stop getting into more and more obscure stuff that have little to no fandom at all. /sigh
- I'm very happy about the new Miku Append, which makes Miku's voice sound more grown up and more pwnsome in general, and I'm really looking forward to all of the new songs. However, I have the feeling that I will miss the mechanical vibe to the 'old' voice of Miku as well.
On the other hand, I still don't understand what Yamaha were thinking when they released Hiyama Kiyoteru. I totally regard Mr. Icemountain as a refined version of Kaito. I don't really understand the need to create a new character for a male voice that sounds so similar to Kaito's. Kaito might have been regarded as a ~failure~ in the beginning but he's selling right now, isn't he?? I'm confused. I like Mr. Icemountain, but I'm confused.
I wonder if there will be Append versions for other Vocaloids.
- This Hinata/Otonashi fanart triggered me to start watching Angel Beats. (They just looked so cute!) This series doesn't make any sense to me, it's evidently suffering from The Junior High School Second Grade Disease imho, and the characters remind me too much of characters from Suzumiya Haruhi. Let's draw a comparison.
Otonashi = Kyon
Yurippe = Haruhi
Angel = Yuki
Hinata = Itsuki
Yui = Mikuru
Let's stop with the SOS members. The resemblance is just too obvious. lol.
But I'm still watching because Angel Beats is kinda fun in its own way (really!) and I'm curious as to where the story is going. But, I'm mainly watching it for the gay actions. lol. I didn't see any gay subtext in the anime, I only saw gay actions, especially in episode 2 and, let's not forget, episode 4 ("I DON'T WANT YOU TO DISAPPEAR!!"). Hinata/Otonashi is like the new Itsuki/Kyon. And yes, I would buy doujinshi featuring them.
- I've been watching some new anime lately and no matter what I start watching IT HAS KAMIYAN IN IT. LMAO.
I can hear Kamiyan's voice as Otonashi in Angel Beats.
I can hear Kamiyan's voice as Kou in Arakawa Under The Bridge.
And since I'm still watching drrr!! I can hear Kamiyan's voice as Izaya too.
DON'T OVERLOAD YOURSELF WITH WORK KAMIYAN! /D: Ah, but according to the latest Duraraji!! broadcast the recordings for the entire anime season have finished by now. SECOND SEASON Y/Y, PLEASE? D:
