I know I haven't updated in FOREVER!!!!! I'm lazy when it comes to it, but alas, I am going to write down something since I'm bored at my parents' place.
1. Avatar the Last Airbender.
Well it has come to an end, and even though it didn't go the way I expected (both shipping and non-shipping wise) it was still good. I know a lot of you haven't seen the ending, so I kept my rant under the cut:Story wise I thought that it was going to be a whole lot more dramatic than that. For example I thought something bad was going to happen to Toph, perhaps related to the swamp, the spirit world and Koh, the face stealer. I also thought Sokka was going to somehow see Yue or talk to her again. Ursa showing up or at least state that she is indeed dead. Finally Aang fucking letting go of Katara and possibly him, Azula or Ozai dying.
Now shipping wise I thought, I hoped and prayed that Zutara was going to happen. But after looking at the way Kataang and Maiko came to be, I'm rather glad that Bryke didn't make it happen. At NYCC they had said that everyone in the fandom would be happy in the end. At first I thought that's BS just because I didn't get the shipping that I wanted, but after contemplating some more, I realized that they did give us, Zutarians, plenty of scenes to make us happy and they gave us great fanfiction material. For that I am grateful.
Overall I'm just upset that it felt like such a cop out on Aang's part just because he didn't let go of Katara, he was an immature brat the entire time and he's just plain annoying. Sorry but if a guy would have kissed me after I said not to and him being possessive of me without us being together (Ember Island Players episode when fake Zuko says "I thought you were the Avatar's gf," and Aang nods like "of course she is, she's MY woman." That just bothered me so much.

3. The Dark Knight.
ALSO, AMAZING MOVIE, CURRENTLY ON MY TOP MOVIES OF ALL TIME!!!! I'm going to watch it again this weekend. Can't wait!
4. Saboten Con.
It was fun. I got a lot of attention the first day when I cosplayed as Haruhi Suzumiya from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I met a lot of awesome people, got to do karaoke in front of people for the first time ( I was a nervous wreck and even though I messed up a little on the first song, I was able to get used to it). I bought a lot of Haruhi stuff and the rave on Friday night was amazing!!! I can't wait to go to another con and I plan to hopefully one day when Im thinner, to cosplay as C.C. from Code Geass (with her outfit fromt he 2nd season that is).
