WHY brain?
I really really want to get my family out of this house. I hate it, all the windows are drafty, it’s way too big and way too expensive. And the landlord handles things stupidly and shows up whenever she wants.
AND YET - the idea of moving is terrifying and paralyzing to me. WHY, brain? WHY are you so stupid? Change is just change, not automatically bad. And yet, I feel like I can’t cope with more of it at all. I am trapped in a box of my own making.
