I intended to spend yesterday cleaning my house and writing CPB. (Maybe, you know, giving you the kinky parts I've been not writing at all holding back on).
Instead, I left the house at 9:30 am and didn't come home until almost midnight.
The mr and i went to breakfast date - we couldn't decide where to go so we ended up driving downtown. We passed a place I've been wanting to try - a little hipstery diner, but by then it was 10:30 and the wait was an hour and I was really hungry and hadn't had any coffee yet. So we put that on the list for Next Time and drove back out of downtown and hit up an old stand by. (Oatmeal cinnamon pecan pancakes, hell yeah.)
Then we went to the grocery store, dropped those off, hit up target, jungle jim's, and headed home. But halfway home, we decided to go to the cyclones home opener.
So we headed back downtown, and watched the clones get UTTERLY TRAMPLED 8-2. As goob said, "I didn't know hockey scoreboards got that high." I know, goob. I know.
So TODAY, I will clean my house, and hopefully poke at CPB some more.
