ounce again this is abe and that last post wasnt colin u foolios and oyeah my squat went up 45 and my bench went up 15 i think and my cardio is so much better coming up to pg was a great idea and me and colin have jobs now i start on monday and colin is alredy working as i type so everything is workin out great me and colin should be gettin our place on the first of agust so all who doubt now what bitch we doin it while u all sittin with ur parents hehe jk miss u guys all wish all the best with the rest of ur summers.
