Action figure conversion: part one of... some
The arrival [finally and no thanks to Royal Mail] of my Crais figure has inspired a sudden creativity. Of the other Farscape figures I owned - Crichton, Zhaan and Aeryn - only Aeryn has survived multi house moves.
Once upon a time, this scenerio wouldn't have bothered me overly much and my LJ would have been filled with Crais and Aeryn in various dodgy positions. But nowadays... not so much. I think I've grown up. That and Crais/Aeryn is not my OTP of choice anymore.
So, armed with a craft knife, I took Aeryn into the kitchen to start the process of turning her into Ella.
Yes, you did read that right.
The plan is to eradicate the mutations and the military apparrel, repaint her top and hair, and [hopefully] put a skirt on her.
I've successfully removed the belt packs from the back, without damaging either myself or the table. Work has started on removing her holster, but I'm going slow as not to remove fingers.
And never has a mood theme picture fitted a post so well *giggles*
