I'm kind of wondering if on some level Chance doesn't want Baptiste to be rotting in prison and this is just a nice excuse. Although I wonder if he would have suggested this if he knew how Baptiste had threatened Guerrero last go-round.

I want to point out, before we all go, "Hey, at least Baptiste doesn't torture people!" that we all love Guerrero and torture's kind of his hobby.
