Once again, another major company has chosen to not cover birth control of any kind as part of its health insurance plan. You can read about
here. Their decision was upheld by the court, which found no legal basis for the women to gain coverage and protection.
What I want to know is, how can they cover Rogaine and Viagra for men, but not basic oral contraception? Clearly they aren't thinking straight. Covering a $20/month prescription of birth control has to be cheaper than covering the children that may be born due to lack of birth control.
Where is the logic?
