This morning I didn't sleep in until right before I had to leave the house to get to work.
Instead, I started the Body-For-Life program that was in the book Steen lent me, using her free weights, and cobbling together a bench from a couple of IKEA bent wood stools. It was a great way to start the morning, actually. I was less than enthusiastic at first, but man. It put me in such a good mood!
While the Body-For-Life thing also calls for following a particular nutrition plan, I'm going to do that part only very loosely - really just being a little more aware of what I'm eating. But the actual working out part, I'm going to follow as closely as I can manage.
Steen, maybe we should renew the hunt for a bench for the living room, that can double as a weight bench? Without looking too ugly, of course.
