Come, children. Come to me. Come for a little visit. I can help you, understand? I can save you. From your inadequacies, from your failures, from the fact that you are incomplete.

1. You can't judge human emotions on 'efficiency'. It's better to reach an understanding that takes everyone's thoughts into account than crushing them all and claiming one as right. That leaves too many people miserable. And if you're going to change everyone's thoughts, then just how are you going to decide which thought process is right? Yours? You're a person too, you don't think your ideas could be just as biased?
2. You're right. It's hard to overcome, but that's why you work at it. That's why you have friends to help you, to support you when you can't support yourself. We have to work against each problem as it comes, it makes us stronger and it makes our friendships stronger. If new problems come, we'll face them too.
3. It's true that it's easier to become distracted and more people want to ignore their problems, but you can't fight their battles for them. You can aid them, and do your best to make them realise the problem, but the quick fix solution you're offering isn't going to help anyone. You haven't gotten rid of those flaws, simply covered them up. The problems are still there, and they can still come back. The solution you're offering doesn't exist, it's a temporary action that will only end up hurting them more in the long run.

1) Emotional Efficiency point: Emotions are superfluous. Efficiency is more important than emotions. Emotions act merely as a distraction to productivity.
Compromise point: Compromise is capitulation. Capitulation is defeat. Reaching compromise involves a process of watering down all ideas until they fit into a basic, incoherent amalgamation of view points, beliefs, and actions. Compromise does not satisfy those who are most likely to take action, who, in your world of uniqueness, must be appeased in order to get things done.
Thought-Process point: the Queen's word is law, and it is by her ideas the standard shall be set.
2) Friends point: You are describing dependency. There is a paradox in your argument; you claim an individual gains strength through relying on others.
3) Ignoring Flaws point: You are incorrect. I promise efficiency. I promise a freedom from the shadows of emotion, obscuring your through processes. I promise independence from others validating yourself and your efforts.
