[Characters on the mansion side will find the words "Why didn't you save him?" "You failed her." and similar sentences written over the mirrors. Characters on the mirror side can find M!Poland and M!Lithuania busy writing those things on the mirrors. It looks more like a lazy killing of time than a real mission, though.

I just wanted to remind everybody that to bed Poland, you will have to obtain my permission first. This also applies if he has been the one who has been approaching you about it... he can be quite naughty. [It is unclear if he means the affectionately or derisive, neither his tone nor his expression seem to really go either way.]
