[Why, why does he have to live with people on this side who are so cryptic and creepy? And for some reason, why does he feel he has to talk to them instead of ignoring them forever? Who cares if her voice was lighthearted, it could all be a ruse.]

What are you thinking of playing? I don't understand why you'd think of doing anything like that here...

[Stares at him for a moment, without any expression.] Dear Mirror... are you scared of me?

[panatipata]

[The mirror shook his head if just to hide the wince when he was asked that question.]

N-no, I'm not, why should I be? I don't really know who you are, but I think you look familiar, but I can't really be sure.

How fares the Master of Strings? [Still staring at him blankly.]

[panatipata]

[Oh, Minato was not happy to hear that. Not at all. He could have said he had no idea what she was talking about, but he hated lying.]

... I... You really don't know anything about that, do you? You have to be kidding me. There's no way.

[wrath_or_fury]

[Staring, staring. This could be interesting.]

You care very much for them?

[panatipata]

[That staring was rather unnerving too. What an odd question to ask. And how did she know there were more of them? But there hardly seemed any point to hide it now; she was going to get it out of him somehow.]

Um... it's... Would you even understand?

I protect them and they protect me. Of course I care about them, I care a lot about them... I don't know, I don't know why I should be telling you any of this. Do you want something from me...?

[wrath_or_fury]

Yes. Actually, I do. [And finally she blinks, spreads her arms wide as though to welcome him.]

[panatipata]

[Minato took a step back, already shaken up by someone knowing about his Personae at all. He resisted the urge to touch his hand to the Evoker in his holster as he became more defensive.]

N-no, I don't want to, you can't just demand things from me, you can't make me do that.

[wrath_or_fury]

Do you even have them? [She held up her hand to him, fingers positioned as though holding a gun pointed at his head. Her voice remained level and smooth as she took several steps forward.] Or are you just an empty shell, clawing at your loneliness?

[panatipata]

W-what...? I do! I already said that I did! I don't have to show you if I don't want to!

[Minato had to look away when she imitated his method of summoning. She knew too much and he didn't know how she did, and it scared him.]

W-why do you want to see them anyway, how did you find out about them in the first place...? I don't understand, I don't... I don't know why...

Shh. [She stopped walking closer, though her hand was still raised.] Vessels of power are an interest of mine. I carry the power of Yahweh... But Yahweh is not here. By rights I should be powerless, and I can only guess that my powers stem from the Queen... But I want to know more. I'm only curious.

[She paused. One moment everything was still, and silent. Then his Evoker flew out as she reached for it with her power, almost too fast for the eye to see, fitting itself perfectly into Eve's outstretched hand, pointing at M!Minato. Almost simultaneously, her other hand came up to wrap around the pistol's grip as well.]

So will you shoot yourself, or shall I?

[panatipata]

[Minato did listen to her as she spoke. She was just curious? But it still didn't give her the right to demand this of him. She had to have some sort of power if she wasn't lying about it--

--But it was soon confirmed when he felt his Evoker leave his holster and found her holding it. His eyes widened. But instead of displaying his fear and panic of losing something so precious to him, he turned it instead to anger, and tried to grab the summoning device back from her.]

G-give it back!! Give it back to me! You can't have it, it's mine, give it back!

[wrath_or_fury]

[Without any hint of surprise, Eve deftly pulls the trigger.]

[She frowns. She pulls it again, but nothing happens. Twisting slightly away from Minato, she holds out her left hand to stop him at arms length, keeping the Evoker away from him with her right and examining it at the same time.]

[She huffs.] Useless. [She turns it over so that the handle faces outward and raises it for Minato to take.]

[panatipata]

[It took effort to try and claw and grasp at the Evoker, but it was only until Eve finally and basically handed it back to him that he was able to have it hand again. He snatched the summoning device from out of her hands and held it with both of his, the blood draining as he gripped it tightly.]

You t-took it away from me, how could you do that? You can't even use it and you still took it...

You can't have it, no one can, it was his first and now it's mine, and I can't let you take it away from me again.

[wrath_or_fury]

Brat. [She pushes him slightly aside, allowing her frustration to show through as she brushes past. However, she rounds on him rather than leaving immediately.] Your words begin to irritate. Seal your lips, before I take offense.
