(no subject)
one last update before i go (i expect many well wishes from you all because you love me and want me to do well at states!).
so yes, states is happening in like 15 hours.
wow.
i cant believe its here already and i'm excited as could be because states is fun fun fun.
but i shall miss everyone!
in other news...
alena is the most awesome person ever. she gave me today:
1. a WEEZER POSTER!! that is going to be hung in my room regardless of whether or not my mom likes it.
2. a GREEN DAY T-SHURT! because everyone hearts green day.
3. another MIX!! and the case it came it was all *aw* sweet and covered with lovely little drawings and phrases that made me very very content. and it is an aweesooomeee collection of songs as well.
mr. spencer allowed us to FINALLY change seats.
and, shockingly enough, allowed us to pick our own locations for seating purposes. so naturally i quickly jumped to the back of the room (no more lightlady duties!) and sat next to my wifey and the table next to us is comprised of ali and marissa. they are the greatest seats ever invented. and if he ever moves us, i shall cry and whimper and stomp my feet...and he totally wont care. *snarls*
recitation in english was...eh, not horrible. katrina made the class laugh before sitting down and opting to um do it tomorrow...
i actually played my nyssma piece fairly satisfactorily (that definetely does not look like it is a word, and it most likely is not) so i am slightly proud and surprised.
last night i ordered my gorgeous plaid converses! and had a shügasm.
i cant wait for them to arrive!!
now i should probably run to gather any last minute items that need to be thrown into the suitcase lying open on my other bed and turn off my computer before the storm hits in full force (YESSS A THUNDER STORM!! FINALLY!!! iliveforthesethings).
