The Itinerary (T-minus 42 hours...)
Only a few days until I begin this crazy adventure! I will be posting stories and plans whenever I can throughout my trip, albeit intermittently, but I cannot always guarantee it’ll be a long update (which I’m sure you’ll probably think of as a good thing). I will try not to blather along on the “OhmywordthisissoamazinglookatallthiscoolshizzI’mdoing!” vein because I know from experience how annoying it can get, but sometimes I may not be able to help myself. J
I will be uploading my photos onto my Flickr account; this will be primarily a storage facility, although I will try to sort them as I go. It'll be weird being away and so cut off - a lot can happen in 3 months and I may not get a chance to check the news often. Although I am looking forward to it and I am kind of glad I am missing the super-intense-Olympic-hype/slating...
Here is an approximate itinerary of my trip:
May 28th-31st - Madrid, Spain
May 31st-21st June - Venezuela
June 21st-12th July - Colombia
12th July-2nd August - Ecuador
2nd August-25th August - Peru
25th August-28th August - Miami, FL, USA
And then after all that I fly home just in time to go to the Paralympic games and Radio 2’s concert in Hyde Park! Who says coming home has to be dull?!
