I enjoyed this. Sora's body would be cold in the snow. And I was a ways into it before I realized the timeline, and that Sora is letting Roxas have some time at Twighlight Town. I wonder how much the real Hayner, Olette, and Pence know Roxas.
I wanted a little ambiguity in this story - by the end you know what and when, but not why or how. I wanted the reader to wonder a little whether Sora really was okay with this. The relationship between Sora and Roxas has always been pretty gray, and I wanted to do justice to that. I think the cuteness of the subject matter and Rob's dialogue sort of drowned that part out, though.
I honestly thought we'd decided not to use that idea. There's not anything still in the story that leads the reader that way, anyway. A feeling of limbo around Roxas is fine, and I think you got some of that across, but there's no way Sora wouldn't have thought vacation for Roxas was a great idea. (Riku might have been a little irked, but...)
