[At least one person is actually enjoying the weather today. It's been a very long time since Hikitsu saw a proper thunderstorm, and so he's immersed himself in this one, sitting on one of the bridges over a river more turbulent than usual and watching the sky. It's still warmer than he likes, but for once he's not aware of that at all as he's soaked to the skin and enjoying himself. Feel free to poke the man with strange hobbies.]
