i decided to make potholders/trivets.

 i made a quilt and then got lazy.  so, i decided to make potholders/trivets.  the machine work was easy, but now the had work is more difficult.  i've used a double layer of batting and trying to pull a needle through that with any kind of accuracy takes quite a bit of strength.  more than i had imagined.  my right forearm is actually sore.  pathetic, i know. oh well, i think they are pretty.  :)

i need to set up a study schedule for myself.  i've never been good at that, especially such an open-ended one as i have to use.  any suggestions?  should i set aside an hour a day?
