So the whole exercise thing didn't exactly go down yesterday. I could blame it on the lady bug that assaulted for my face, or the sudden necessity to do laundry at 1 am in the morning, but that would just qualify as a lame excuse towards my weight-loss goal, and the whole point is to weed out these type of excuses.
Let's see, eating-wise, today I had a blueberry muffin (bah two if you count the one I snuck in later), trust me these aren't gourmet muffins, they're like multigrained something or other, but they're pretty good. 130 calories per muffin.
I also had ......hmm wtf did I eat today... A roll (random)......and a lean cuisine pizza? I should have figured out some calorie counts for those, but I didn't cause I am stupid.
Dinner consisted of salmon stuffed with crabmeat, and a mini-caesar salad.
Phew, there's a semi-decent food log for the day.
But the most prevalent thing: I still have yet to get on that damned treadmill! I better do it tonight or I will regret it later.
----Off the weight-loss topic.......
Why the hell are there like 300 SAW movies? Like the first six weren't enough, now they have to make a 7th. Are they really still generating a lot of revenue? It's so frustrating. Everyone in the movie industry tries to kill a good success story by making copycats of the original success story.....otherwise known as sequels. Leave the originals be! Unless you're Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, in which case it makes sense.
Other movies excluded from the die-sequels list:
(1) The Matrix
(2) Maybe POTC...but towards the end there were a lot of what.the.hell plotlines going on. I have a weakness for this franchise though, thanks to J. Depp.
(3) ------------? I'm leaving the rest blank so that other people can spark up some great franchises, I guess.
Movies that should NEVER be allowed to have sequels:
(1) Saw (as noted above)
(2) Final Destination (It's final for a reason)
(3) Bring it On (Why are they even TRYING anymore?)
(4) Miley Cyrus movies......bleh..gah
self-image,
movie sequels,
weight loss
