My school year is over. Graduating was both fulfilling, relieving, and sad. Even though we have only spent a year together, I think as a class we we tighter than most classes I've been in before (my class in Japan not counted - because that one was awesome as well). It was a great year. I learnt tons of useful things. And it gave me a new perspective upon art. I am even more confident now that this is what I want to do for a living.
The day after our exhibition opened up we had a BBQ by the river, nearby the house where the second year students had their exhibition. Their exhibition was really, really good too by the way. Anyways, we all brought things to grill, and just sat talking and admiring the view for hours.

We also saw this derpy bus!? You could se it's innards, OMG! D:
During our last week we did an overnight trip to an island not far from town. We had a watercolour workshop while there. And although this island is known as the one in Sweden with the most hours of sun per year - we were not very lucky with the weather, haha. The first day it mostly rained and drizzled. I don't think I have to mention that these aren't ideal conditions for painting watercolours... During the second day we had a few hours of sunlight and then a storm brew up in the afternoon, right about when we were going to ride the ferry back. It was a pretty bumpy ride. But weather aside - we did have a great time though!
On the last day we had a nice summer lunch together and people held speeches. There were some tears shed.
I found this "message" for me in the guest book that we had for the exhibition. I have no idea who wrote it! :O Secret admirer? Whoever you are, you made me very happy and curious. <3
I've kept myself busy since then. I got a job as a babysitter a couple of evenings, fixed two cavities one day, went to a make-up session, and joined in on two Una-comm sketchjam. I have been drawing loots, which I am happy with. I am trying not to lose this flow I have going. I really want to draw more often and be more inspired to finish all of the ideas I get all the time.
