You would think that epiphanies only occur during momentous occasions, times you wish someone could have taken a photo of it because it would have made a damn fine picture. Times of intense mediation where beads of sweat pouring off the body followed by a sharp inhalation of breath as if the truth had been suddenly injected into your system. Times where you bowed your head in prayer under the image of Jesus being nailed to the cross at church and felt an unbelievable surge dance through you, lighting up every nerve in your body. The overwhelming emotions when you looked at the bloody squirming baby infront of you and the doctor turning to you, “Say hello to your son”. A Polaroid moment that was missed.
