It's come to my attention that there is a small dispute over who has the right of guardianship over the Count of Memphis, Ion Fortuna...not that he isn't of age to look after himself, but still.
Of course, I'm sure most people aren't bothered over such a trivial matter, and it is obviously not an issue anymore now that I'm here, but I thought it would be much simpler this way~.
Not that I blame the Duchess of Kiev or Radu Barvon for both wanting to look after dear Ion, he is so cute after all ♥; however, Ion will be staying with myself and Astaroth. And in the case that I leave the City, I have complete confidence in the Duchess of Kiev's ability to protect him.
Therefore, the Duchess of Kiev shall be the one to look after him in the case of my absence.
