Slightly less~ than three months. I had hardly realized it was such a long time~! Time seems to go by both faster and slower here, because the City is never at rest, and yet any time spent away from home can seem like an eternity~.

Your words are true. The way of life and the culture of the City differs greatly to my own beautiful homeland. One could hardly compare the two; it is fortunate that there are others of my land, and those of a similar, or equally respectable culture present too...
Though I do not mean to imply it is becoming that we have been trapped here, one must bear such turns of event with only utmost grace.

Oh~, I do so know what you mean~. The City in no way compares to Ţara Methuseluth, but at least there are other Imperial nobles here~. And I have~ made some wonderful friends from other worlds, as well.
But yes, the City is not without its own charms, and it does give one the chance to experience things which one would never have been able to otherwise.
Certainly this level of technology is unlike any I have ever encountered. Ah, it is of little surprise though. I understand my own culture would be considered ancient by most.
How curious! I have been told by a respectable scholar that it is almost two thousand years ahead of my rightful time. I wonder how far behind your own time this city is.
Perhaps we might take some together, once this curse has ended? I am most intrigued by the woman behind the butterfly.

I believe it is close to a thousand years behind our time~, but much information was lost after Armageddon and during the Dark Ages, so I may~ be mistaken.
Yes, that would be lovely~. Conversing with you today has been delightful.

Mm~, it would interesting to discuss it and compare what we know of our worlds; I'm most interested in the past, especially when so much history has been lost to us.
I will do so, and I look forward to meeting you in person~, Zhang He.
