I am alive as most of you who are also on my Facebook know. I was looking at the last time I'd posted on here was and it's pretty sad, February 11th! Worse than I thought really. Everyone had kind of stopped commenting so I kind of drifted off into a land far far away. Actually that land pretty much consists of nothing much really. Mostly reading, watching foreign dramas and school.
I changed schools, hopefully for the last time. I also picked up an AS major (Asian Studies) along with the Biology. I have started taking Japanese again for the AS major, unfortunately I've also realized that I've forgotten absolutely everything that I once almost sort of knew. My advisers both were kind of confused by my choice I'm pretty sure that neither one of them knew that the other was a colleague, that's me bring people together!
What else has happened since February... Well I lost an organ, my sister came back from Europe after 3 years (the day before my birthday therefore absolutely no one was able to celebrate it with me, no I'm not bitter at all. Hey don't look at me with those judging eyes!), I broke my car and won a fanart contest. Working on fixing my car thankfully all of my classes are online.
I just finished watching YamaNade a Japanese drama, I think the thing I love about foreign dramas that Americans can't seem to grasp is that most of them are designed to have an end or at least some momentum. I always hated how American soap operas just continued on forever without any goal at all and most of them seem to be the same. I mean in YamaNade you have a girl who gets rejected and becomes a recluse obsessed with the occult who walks around dressed like a shikigami. How is that not way more impressive?
