Ramblings from today
Well, it's been a fun few past days. I saw dmoira on Saturday for the first time in what felt like forever. 'Twas fun, though. We made muffins and took Adrian for a walk, and he got a new toy (a Glo-Worm) that he absolutely ADORES (Glo-Worm photos here).
Sunday, I put together Adrian's high chair all by myself (took maybe half an hour), and he had squash for the first time. I don't think he liked it as well as the sweet potatoes, but he doesn't seem to be having any reactions to it, unless you count really stinky gas. ^_^;;
Yesterday I got to see my nephew Ryan for the first time in three weeks. Good Lord, but he's getting big! He's over twelve pounds now! Of course, it seems like he eats *constantly* so that might be why. He doesn't look much like a gnome anymore. XD I feel kind of bad, though, because the poor little guy has a flat spot on his head and an umbilical hernia that's getting pretty big. I hope that they don't have to do much to fix it in terms of surgery. ;_;
Today, Adrian took his first trip to the supermarket. He did very well, really, but he didn't much like sitting in the cart (even with the Shop N Play). He fell asleep halfway through the store. XD
In other news, I'm pleased to say that Pathwalker broke the 76K mark in words (excluding appendices)!
