the lowdown on the new Fox Cityz Foxz derby season

We lay down our sport court for the first time on sunday (volunteers welcome, if you think you might want to help with bout setup), and I can't wait to skate. The off skate workouts have been killing me (my lower back hurts because my core's not as strong as it should be), but I can do a couple real pushups, and a bunch of girl pushups (not to mention a few chinups and pullups) for the first time in my life.
in other news, my insurance license finally came through, so I can start making money next week. & evan's half done putting WINE on my laptop, so I'll be compatible with the Banker's sites in no time.
I feel really optimistic. really (despite the weird date error that lj;s giving me...I know it's not 2014, & so does my computer. how come they don't?).
