A step closer to my dream
Well it's finally happened.
Last week I received an official acceptance letter for my erotic novel Faeries Unlimited.
It's been a year since I first submitted it.
The publisher is Ellora's Cave who have the distinction of being the only e-publisher recognised by the American Romance Writers Association. Which means that if you are published with EC you can call yourself an author rather than just a writer. WEll, there are a heap of things to be said about making such distinctions but when it comes down to it, it will make my path to publishing success just that little bit easier.
I also have an EDITOR! Which just blows my socks off.
And the funny thing is that I'll be forty next month. Yeah forty! And I always said that if I hadn't heard anything by the time I'm forty - well then it just isn't supposed to be. Strangely enough that thought didn't really bothered me because I need to write, love to write.
