We have just begun to hit that time
In our relationship when I stop counting
Dates -- stop wondering how long
It's been, begin to trust in what may be
Have just begun to hit that point
From which I tentatively draw out
Lines to sketch a growing
Solidity I dare not name - but dream
Have just begun to dwell within
The comfort of uncertainty - to build
A place for dreams to gently wake
(You bring out the part
Of me that believes in Art.)
As a side note, I got the strong hit last night that Art was definitely upper case. After finishing the poem, I looked it up:
Atu 14 - Art - Temperance. Samech.
The path from Yesod to Tiphareth.
This card shows balance of energies, an attuning of mental/physical/sexual charges.
"The center section of the Samech is miraculous because it stays in place with no visible means of support. This reminds us of the need sometimes to be able to function in life with no visible means of support."
And lots of other good stuff. Kabbalah brain appears to be on overdrive.
