Okay, so you're building a freeway. A section of it is about a week, maybe less, from being completed. What do you do?
Why, throw a party, of course!
And not just any party, no. Not just something where you can walk or rollerskate on the freeway (like apparently previous freeway parties have been). You throw a beach party, with a sand-castle building contest.
Gaaaah.
I mean, it's a brand new freeway. And they're dumping a bunch of sand right on the top of it and hosting a party, right before it's completed. WTF?
