Diversity is not just a feel good thing.
It makes organizations more productive. Like even more productive than just putting all the smartest/best at whatever you're doing people together.

For whatever it's worth, and I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir, you want women, you want people with different skin tones and cultural backgrounds to come to the table with answers to the questions you're asking, otherwise, you're going to get the same, possibly incorrect, or, worse, flawed, answers, over and over, and over again.
Only a half inch thickness on gusset plates is to blame on the I-35W bridge disaster in Minneapolis.
